Clients who require technical support can choose to use LIVE Technical Support through web tracking panel or email e-LANTiS Support Team . A support ticket will then be issued whereby the device will be checked using Over-the-Air commands to confirm what the problem may be. If there are any issues with the hardware - the device will be asked to be shipped back and a new one will replace it. When
sending email, please make sure to include the name of your company
in the subject line and a detailed description of the technical assistance
needed in the body of email. |
