LANTiS
Data Exchange Platform (DEP) is built upon application agnostic standards
that will ultimately allow for broader integration with mobile industries’
technology solutions. e-LANTiS is establishing a common proposal exchange
standard that will also allow for better automation and the seamless
and secure connection for data sharing and exchange to various back-office
systems across network.
 It is a downloadable,
plug-in component to various back-office systems. It runs as a
Web Service Server to transform, send out, and receive data for its
back-office system. It uses a standard
communication protocol – HTTP/HTTPs to transmit data. It applies the
industry standards for Web Service technology, including: WS-Addressing, WS-Security, WS-Transfer, WS-SecureConversation, WS-MetadataExchange, etc. It uses an Open
XML Data Contract for system developers to easily understand, maintain,
and extend. |
